As most of our members collect military vehicles or related motorized vehicles, to which my wife says: You can't afford it, so I like to collect military related items with military history. Whether it be trench art, guns, pictures, books and etc. I also made and saved the history of 3 members of the U.S. Army that were part of my life that served in World War II. I have included the biography of Vernal Kjensrud my uncle, Wilmer Keller my father-in-law, and Robert 'Bob' Olien my friend & my first daughters god father.

Well I finally broke down & purchased my 1st military vehicle. Here is a picture of the truck. It's a 1950's Troop/Equipment Transport Truck with the military vehicle ID #US5417314. This unit came off the factory assembly line of Mark Lumar in 1953. This still has the original canvas cover.
